Marchetti Construction is a General Contractor active in new construction and specializing in renovation projects with emphasis on negotiated fast-track commercial work. We service architects, engineers, building owners, and a broad spectrum of commercial firms, offering a complete range of services including feasibility studies, conceptual estimating, contract management and quality and cost controls. Although 80 percent of our work is negotiated, we remain competitive in selective bid situations. We strongly believe in a team approach, working with the architect, designer and owner to successfully achieve a quality product completed on time and within budget.

Our organization was started over 20 years ago and has grown from a three-man staff to approximately 100 employees representing all major construction and architectural disciplines. The combined construction experience of our senior staff members is over 200 years. For many years we have been known for reliability and efficiency on construction projects. We serve our clients as either General Contractor or Contract Manager with equal facility. We strive to maintain the old tradition of providing premium service with integrity and responsiveness to our clients' needs.

Over the years we have completed thousands of projects. Our construction experience includes: hospitals, airports, universities, office buildings, hotels, department stores and various other specialty buildings. We have developed a reputation as renovations specialists, working on maintenance projects, and major restorations. It seems, whether in renovations work or new construction, we are constantly called upon to tackle the unique and more difficult construction projects. Working as a team with the owner and the architect in a spirit of cooperation and mutual support has been the key to our operation.

Marchetti Construction through the years has maintained a reputation of high quality, honesty and professionalism. We have stressed management and a team approach from conception of the project to the successful conclusion. We are most successful in negotiating difficult, quality projects which require expert construction management skills.
