Restaurant Construction has come to represent substantial portion of our annual volume. In recent years we have become more heavily involved in design and layout, and are often involved while the project is still in the concept stage.

Our involvement in restaurant construction ranges from Pizzeria Uno to Henri's Room At The Top in the Hilton towers and from Ciao and MacArthur Park to the Compass Rose in the St. Francis.

Marchetti Construction was recently put to the test when we were called upon to completely rework the main kitchen at the Claremont Resort Hotel while keeping the facility operational for both day-to-day food service and banquet and convention operations. This required a strong understanding of both construction and food service.
