Marchetti Construction through the years has been involved with hundreds of thousands of square feet of tenant improvements. Whether in major high-rise office buildings or landscaped industrial parks, tenant improvement work has been one of our specialties.

Most of our tenant improvement projects have been on a fast-track negotiated basis, although we are asked on occasion by architectural firms bid competitively on such projects.

We are often asked to get involved in the early phases of the project in an effort to plan and define goals and provide guidelines for the most efficent means of completing the

project. Throughout the job we take an active part in the developement and execution of every assignment.

We always recommend the team approach, whereby the architect, owner and ourselves work as one, each contributing his induvidual talent for this specific job. We are particularly proud of our ability to handle extensive tenant improvement projects with a minimum of disruption to the building's day-by-day business.
